I recently spent a week in this hotel with my partner. First impressions of the hotel are great, the main lobby is impressive and was impeccably clean. The staff on front desk when we checked in were polite, friendly, and very accommodating.

We stayed in a Superior Room, which again was very clean. The view of the the mountains from our window was amazing - coming from a small industrial city in England, waking up to the sight of mountains and a harbour every day was a real treat. The bathroom was a very nice size, well decorated and suitably equipped. The bed was huge and very comfortable, and if I thought I could have gotten away with stealing the duvet I definitely would have!

The location of the hotel is great as it seemed everything was within walking distance. Surrounded by good coffee shops, and only a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, the location is definitely ideal for tourists wanting to explore what this incredible city has to offer.

I have to say the thing that really sold this hotel for me was the staff on the front desk, in particular Jeremy Poster and Christin Tschacher. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, but Jeremy and Christin always seemed to go above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our time in Vancouver. They helped us with everything; from planning how to spend our days, to giving us tips on the best places to eat/shop, to how to go about getting a work visa should we ever want to move out there!

On our last night Jeremy even organised a special surprise for when we got back to our room - we found a bottle of wine, two glasses, and a note from the front desk telling us to enjoy our final night in their hotel. This wasn't just good customer service, this was exceptional kindness and made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. I can't speak highly enough of Jeremy and Christin, and sincerely hope their professionalism and commitment to customer service is recognised and acknowledged.

Recently spend three days on a business trip and conference. Room was very warm and inviting, as well super clean and quite. Room service was excellent and food was on time and hot.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were extremely friendly and make us feel like we were part of their family.
Highly recommend.

I registered late for a conference, so there was no space left at the conference hotel. What luck to have come across the Coast Coal Harbour! Great location: convenient to convention centre, shopping and Stanley Park. Friendly helpful staff. Umbrellas available gratis for those wet Vancouver days. Yummy room service although limited desserts; when I googled the hotel restaurant, room service was happy to bring a dessert from the restaurant menu though. Free wifi. Well-equipped gym and pool. The only thing that would have made my stay better would be if they had a make-up mirror in the bathroom. Two thumbs up!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. It is among the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is perfect. Downtown, next to gastown. Public transport is close by. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the parking. The parking fee is pretty high. But that has more to do with the location, than the hotel. I'm also not a big fan of valet parking. (I always feel hurried to get everything out of the car and I always forget something in the car.)
