I loved the Pacific Rim National Park. We were based in Ucluelet which was a great place to stay (Water's Edge Resort- highly recommend it). The scenery is beautiful. There are loads of lovely big beaches with not many people around. Some of the beaches felt so secluded and the sunsets were amazing. It felt so diverse with the beaches, rainforest& wildlife. The rainforest trail was really enjoyable.
You need to buy a national park pass- we bought a group pass for $20. I think it's $9 for one person.
The opportunity to see wildlife is great. We saw a wolf, bears, eagles and a grey whale.
