My wife and I decided to go over to Salt Spring for the first time, Aug 12 - Aug 14 as it was our first anniversary. When we were looking for a place to stay several weeks before we arrived on Salt Spring, we wanted to make sure we would find one that had a beautiful surrounding, pleaceful, warm B & B and nice hosts. A lot to ask for though we are people of high standards. Our stay at Birdsong B & B exceeded our expectations. The moment we arrived we could tell we were on a very tranquil location and looking the first time at a divine, rustic B & B. We were warmly welcomed by Bill & Edward.

The rooms were very nice and clean with a superb ocean view and your own balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, though what made it a really special stay here was the hosts themselves. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast with them each morning for a couple of hours and listening to life stories they had. Most intelligent hosts, but funny, light hearted with an aim to please.

In summary, if you are looking for place that offers you peace, beauty, laughter, soul restoration and good food, take a trip here, you will not be disappointed!!
