I made a reservation for this hotel via phone call after looking on line. I had reserved 2 rooms. Which were misquoted and I was charged more when I got there. When I got there and checked in the two rooms I had reserved were not the rooms we got. There were holes in the wall, hair in the bathtub, stains on the floor and burns on the countertop. Window screans were broken, so the portable air conditioner wouldn't even work in the room. We stayed for less than 5 min. Went down to the desk to ask for a new room, or our money back. They could not accomodate us with a room like we had requested. They would not give us our money back. The manager was off site, who does not speak english, and the only one there who spoke any english was not able to help us. We checked out and are dealing with this with our credit card company. The 48 hour policy for cancelations was never mentioned at check in or when I made my reservation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible experience.
