“Fascinating history”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

Beautifully restored stern wheeler, one of only two remaining. Some great historical items. Great stories of the restoration. A fantastic model railway showing the local sights, including Myra Canyon.

Well priced entrance fee. Worth a visit

“Fun for all ages”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 25, 2013 via mobile

Great 2 hour walk around the ship. Kids enjoyed the model train on the main level and we enjoyed the history of the ship and the area. A must see IMO when visiting Penticton.

The volunteers are doing an amazing job of restoring this important part of the history of the Okanagan. Beautifully lights at night.

“Next year is the 100th anniversary of this ship”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2013

Take a step back in history as you stroll through this floating museum highlighting the bygone days of what used to be sophisticated cruising. Just make a donation as you enter the boat and enjoy a self-guided tour and marvel at the complexity of the model train depicting the Canadian Pacific route. Affordable, interesting and close to the Penticton Rose Garden, this is a great little tourist attraction.

“Worth the Visit”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2013

The S. S. Sicamous is well-preserved. Entrance is by donation. My young kids enjoyed the train model they had on board. I enjoyed seeing the various decks of the ship.
