I already gave a glowing review but since the management changed about 6 months ago, the food has gotten even better. If you want a better buffet you'd better head 1,189 miles due south and hit the Las Vegas Strip. The wontons are now delicate and airy, the Shanghai Noodles are delectable, the Ginger Beef is magnificently crunchy, and the Beef with Szechwan sauce is meaty and scrumptious (even though it's obviously last night's roast beef... it's still great). If there is anything at all which represents a nit to pick, it's the seasoning level is very low. However, just make ample use of the salt, pepper, and soy sauce at your table and send your tastebuds into buffet heaven. Disgruntled (Tinkerbell) ex-employees aside, I highly recommend this phenomenal buffet.
