This truly is one of those great unknowns.
Large extra clean rooms with kitchenettes are great with the family !
With full use of barbeques , picnic tables and a green space, this is a home away from home!
Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and park!
Everything is so close by!
Trudy , John and staff always welcome you with open arms!
Have stayed at least 5 times over the years , never having been disappointed.
Will definitely stay again and again.
Thanks
Christine O

Nightly movies for the kids (complete with popcorn and slushies), an indoor, heated pool, and a cool, pine-shaded grassy boulevard complete with barbeques, chairs and tables makes for great comfort and informality.
The updated units are mostly one-bedroom kitchenettes with a second double plus hide-a-bed in the living room. They're clean, the service is friendly, and it's a two minute walk to Skaha Lake, so it's no surprise that many of the guests have returned numerous summers.
It's not fancy, it's just very comfortable.
This July will be our 6th summer at the Beachside.

Between Osoyoos and Kelowna, in the Okanagan Valley, a comfortable home-away-from-home is tucked away near the Skaha Lake shore. The Beachside Motel has grown to its present size under due to the hard work of its long-time owners. John and Trudy welcome families and singles equally to their well-run establishment. The kitchenettes are fairly priced and kept immaculate daily and the visitor is worry-free under the watchful and ever-present little dogs running around the property. The huge Ponderosa pines loom over the adjacent park, with its tennis courts and beach volleyball sections. On weekends, and some evenings, there are usually some groups who light up bonfires in the allocated fire-pits and everyone enjoys playing and swimming to their heart's content. Make reservations well ahead of time because this little hideaway isn't so well hidden anymore due to its popularity and friendly atmosphere.

Room Tip: The second floor rooms don't have as much noise when people walk by on the veranda.

The room was quite large but everything is so old.
All the lamps have 13 watt (new) light bulbs making it very difficult to shave in the mirror.
It's very close to the beach and has an indoor pool and sauna.
No breakfast and no decaf in room. The woman at the desk was super friendly though.
I probably won't stay here again.
