We arrived on a lovely sunny day. The inside was booked for a group, but we had reserved outside, anyway. We told the waiter and he placed us at a table in the full sun. We asked to move to another with some shade and were told we should have reserved. We said we did, and were moved to a better location. I had been told they accommodated gluten free, and asked the server. He said "oh, only what is on the menu, there are lots of salads." The menu was small. One of our party asked for something he had previously loved and said what he got was not the same thing at all. The fish taco was disappointing for my friend, and I settled on the quiche (did not eat the crust) and salad which was mostly just lettuce. The quiche was very good and the wine was excellent. I would actually give it a 3 1/2 if I could but not a 4. After the reviews, I was not very impressed. We had a good time as we were with good friends, but not sure if I would go back.

thank you very much for taking the time to write your comments concerning our gluten free options on our menus. The day of your visit we had 6 gluten free dishes available(including our daily fish) and normally all our sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread but unfortunately we ran out before lunch time was over.As per your friend not liking our fish tacos we would liked to have been made aware of it at the time so we could have rectify the problem right away.Again thank you very much and hopefully we will see you again
