We found this course challenging and somewhat intimidating. As average (Handicaps from 15-22), but avid golfers we have played a variety of high end courses. This trip includes Tower Ranch, The Rise (Vernon, B.C.), Predator Ridge (both courses), and Kananaskis. This course is not for the faint of heart with lots of elevation change, fairways and greens that roll towards the valley and is likely unwalkable unless you are in tremendous shape. The pro shop was hospitable and helpful throughout the check in. The service in the restaurant a little slow in the morning, but good after the round. The course carts felt challenged by the demands of hills on the pathways making us wonder at times if we'd have to get out and push. The paths are well marked and distances are available on sprinkler heads throughout the 18 holes. It was a fun round and having played it once it will be good to return with a better awareness of the layout. The incredible views of the Okanagan Valley and Kelowna stretch from North and Lake Country south towards Peachland and Summerland make a drive up to the clubhouse worth the trip. Enjoy them with a meal - the food is good.
