“Casual Chic”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

A fairly sophisticated menu at fairly reasonable prices. The menu leans towards local fare plus a fair amount of seafood, but the selection is different from your standard casual restaurant. For example, the calamari is stuffed and whole instead of breaded and deep fried. A good choice for something a bit different.

“Superb service and excellent food.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 28, 2012

There is a waiter there who is a total pro. He is very knowledgeable and was able to coordinate our meals to accomodate the two on our table with peanut allergies. The menu is excellent. Only a few weak points: the booths are too small for a party of five and that is where they put us even though we were the first ones through the door. Also, no reservations, just line up. For a nice, clean looking restaurant, I was surprised that there was a waft of "musty dish rag under the sink" smell when we first walked in. However, these are picky points and I will return whenever I am back in kelowna.

“Amazing food, the best in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

Chef Rod Butters and Audrey have created a gem with RAUDZ. They took the highlights from the previous 5 dining restaurant - Fresco - and created a casual atmosphere with a unique high quality menu. Whether you have a full fish/steak meal or a burger, you wont be disappointed. Every dish is prepared with different accompaniments to ensure you have a gourmet experience. The best dish by far is the crab cappucino soup. its a fairly small bowl but rich and absolutely delicious. The other highlight is the bar. The bartenders make their mix from scratch, organic puree for the martini and if you do not need an intimate dinner, we recommend eating at the bar. The bartenders will entertain you with their art. Never had a bad meal, just be prepared to wait. It is worth it.
