We stayed at this property unexpectedly. We were travelling to Vancouver and needed a quick place to bed down for the night. This hotel had availabilities and we were quickly checked in and placed in a very comfortable room. We were travelling with 3 children and the room had ample space for all of us. The swimming pool was a great attraction for the children and the waterslide gave hours of entertainment to our 4 year old son. The nice fact is that the slide comes to a gentle shallow pool that made it safe and fun for him to enjoy.

The continental breakfast was great. Unlike other hotels this property had continuous staffing that filled up the food bins. There was plenty of choices which met the needs of each person in our family.

Chain hotel situated on the outskirts of Kamloops, within 2 minutes of gas stations, several restaurants and liquor store. Hotel was large and spacious with swimming pool and slide, fitness room and free internet access. Our quad room was very large and had an equally large en-suite. Large comfortable beds with the usual in room TV and air conditioning. Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast, included in the price, was pretty standard, but OK. Very convenient stop off point, easy to find and get back on the highway. The Hotel has a direct telephone link to Vittorios Restauranr, just 1 minute away across the parking lot and they will take telephone orders for food whch can be collected or delivered. Although there was no real price reduction for carry out, the portion size and quality of the food was excellent and saved us, after a tiring drive, of having to find a restaurant or dressing for dinner. All in all, very good hotel representing quality and excellent value for money.

Didnt expect much from this hotel as we'd only booked it as a stopover between the Rockies and Vancouver, purely for it's location. BUT.....we were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious and well air conditioned. Place was clean. Reception and staff friendly and a nice breakfast in the morning. all basic but very clean. The food in the italian restaurant joined onto the hotel wasnt great - pizzas were smothered in cheese - and i mean smothered!
Not a lot to do near the hotel - shopping mall closed at 6pm, so wouldnt really use this hotel for anything more than a stopover and just to relax at. But for £58 a night for a room sleeping 4 people I really couldnt complain - would recommend it just for price and location alone.

The soccer team I coached stayed here for a tournament over the August Long Weekend. When we called we were given a quote for 4 rooms. When we went to pay, the bill was over $1000 more. We were obviously not impressed by this but all we had was a verbal confirmation over the phone so we were stuck paying it. The hotel refused to listen to anything. I guess in the end we learned a lesson the hard way. Always get a quote in writing. Based on what we were originally quoted it was a good value, after we got the new bill, it was definitely not worth it. The hotel is nothing specatcular and after the headaches we had with the bill we will never stay at any Comfort Inn anywhere.
