We (daughter and I) stopped in after a long, and rather breezy-damp-cool walk one evening, during a recent (late-May, 2013) stay in Harrison Hot Springs. After braving the elements, we thought a beverage treat was definitely in order.
From previous experiences, we knew this to be 'the' place to go -- good pub food and service, and with it's wood "log-cabin-like" ambience, cozy and warm, and always a casual and friendly atmosphere. The perfect "recipe" for our visit that evening!!
No food for us this time though ... just a couple of glasses of the tap beer on 'special' that evening, and the opportunity to "warm-up" a little from the outside elements. The beer was good, and the warmth of the place worked it's magic - we left warm and happy!!
Cheers to the Old Settler Pub!! We look forward to more during our next visit to Harrison.
