A lovely cottage that is private and surrounded by mountains and fresh air!
Comfy, cozy and peaceful...just what I needed. Relax with a book, your favorite DVD or saunter around Harrison. Sonja is always kind and welcoming! Look forward to coming back.

Room Tip: If you'd rather make your own meals, cottages have all kitchen amenities.

This was a fantastic getaway for mother and daughter. We stayed in the Willow Cottage which has 2 bedrooms so we didn't have to share a bed or a room! Loved the kitchen as we're not fond of eating all meals out, and relaxing in the living room with the warmth of the cast iron fireplace watching a DVD was perfect. Thank you Sonia for your kindness and hospitality, we would highly recommend the cottages for any getaway.

Room Tip: Cottages are situated along the riverbank and great for bird viewing.

So glad you enjoyed your time together and the amenities of our cottage. You are right, a kitchen does come in handy for snacks or when you are just too comfy to go out! We hope you will remember us for your next getaway, Cheers, Sonja & Robert

One of the best places I've ever stayed. we were greeted like long lost relatives, Sonya made us feel right at home. we stayed in the Heritage suite which that had a wonderful homey feel rather than a stuffy hotel suite feel didn't feel the need to get out of there at all, all the comforts of a home away from home and very private and quiet. we'll be going back soon and won't stay anywhere else in Harrison

We're so grateful that you felt welcomed, and enjoyed the comforts of your home away from home. Looking forward to your next visit. Keep in mind (July 6-15 is the Festival of Arts with their concerts and beach market - a fun time to be here!) Thanks again, Cheers, Sonja & Robert

Harrison Heritage House and Cottages was exactly as we hoped when we arrived and Sonja was so warm and welcoming. We stayed in the Naismith Retreat which was just that... a beautiful retreat from our busy life. The breakfast was lovely, as was the Hot Chocolate package we included in our stay. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the double jacuzzi and the decor was perfect!
We took a few drives through the area which was breathtaking, even in the rainy weather, with the clouds and mist going up the mountains. Dinner at the local German Restaurant was excellent and the next night we enjoyed a great meal at the Old Settlers Pub which has a fun, friendly atmosphere.
Everything was clean and well kept and Sonja and her family (though she was available if we needed anything) were wonderful in affording us the privacy we were looking for. I highly recommend this B & B for anyone wanting a cozy, quiet place to spend some time together and enjoy the beautiful scenery of BC. We will most definitely be returning for another stay!
Thank you so much Sonja!

We really needed a break .... from the moment we opened the door to the Heritage suite I knew we where in the right place .... we didn't even go to the public pool ..... we enjoyed everything. Sitting at the breakfast nook enjoying Sonja's awesome granola and other breaky goodies to relaxing by the fire at night with a glass of wine ..... we loved the double reclining loveseat !!!!! And the double jacuzzi tub!!! The garden was beautiful even though it wasn't in bloom .... something I look forward to seeing ...... earthy, cozy, warm , historic and inviting ..... leave your shoes at the door, put on your favorite PJs and relax ..... we will be returning :) Thank you so much Sonja ......
Oh and Old Setters Pub was the best place to eat .... for Lunch and Dinner, service was very good. We also enjoyed the Harrison Chinese food place although it was a bit of a walk , their food was very fresh and the service was good :)

Room Tip: We really enjoyed this suite, it was nice to have a seperate living room and the bed was so comfy :)

If you're looking for a place to get away from the daily hustle and bustle and find a slice of serenity, this is the place for you. My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the Cedar cottage, it was warm, relaxing, and Sonja was just a wonderful host.

The decor was also something to be said for and the host certainly has great to taste to create a wonderful atmosphere. We will be back in May. See you then.

Thank you very much!

Joseph and Heather
