Loved the hotel, the price was really good, the hotel is very big, multiple pools. It was quiet and my family and I loved it.

The service is horrible. Rooms are filthy and stuffy. The AC was making noise all night long. Do not stay there at all

Absolutely had a great stay with wonderful rooms but was a very disappointed in the charges for rooms....What happened was I reserved rooms for the April 9-10 weekend. on line....when I went back to change one of the rooms the date changed to April 1.....never noticed it on my confirmation and was charged full price for 3 rooms with 2 people...I had Best Western Rewards card but that never got applied....So an extra 400.00 plus got charged to my credit card...Now I no I didn't check my confirmation but I feel they could have at least adjusted my rate and always gave us a better rate when we did arrive on the following weekend....Not very happy and have tried numerous times to get ahold of someone other than the front desk clerk...Left my phone number but was never contacted...Now we don't go away often but when we do we always stay with Best Western...but I do believe I will be shopping around elsewhere...Not Happy

Nothing wrong with this Best Western. Yes a little older but clean and great staff. Breakfast included. The only reason I rated it only good was because it has aged and is showing it. My room was beside the enclosed pool so the air was a little stuffy but running the a/c & fan cleared it right up. The room has a fridge, microwave, ironing board/ iron, coffee machine and plenty of towels etc. Wi Fi included. Everything you need with a good location.

We chose this hotel based off reviews in TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. Though the hotel doesn’t look like anything special on the outside, the rooms and inside of the hotel were clean and nicely appointed and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We needed a pet-friendly hotel and this fit the bill nicely. There is a nice grassy area surrounding the hotel for walking our pets. The hotel offered a 10% discount at the Tumbleweeds restaurant next door. The restaurant, like the hotel, didn’t look like much from the outside, but was a very pleasant surprise on the inside, nicely decorated and good food. The hotel has two indoor pools, one at each end of the hotel.

This hotel is very nice so I would definitely stay here again. Easy on/off access to Hiway #1 on the outside of the city. On arrival the desk clerk greeted my husband by name after seeing our online reservation. Clean, quiet, but smaller rooms are nicely appointed with two tables, one 3x3 for eating and a corner desk for computer use with an ergonomic chair. Computer plug was available without having to unplug other appliances. Room comes with the usual firm hotel beds, soft pillows, microwave, fridge, and large screen TV. AC is noisey at nightime, so room can get stuffy, but a window with a screen can be opened. I didn't use the pools. One nice feature was that our first floor room had an outside door which was convenient for loading and unloading suitcases. Not all first floor rooms have an outside door. I noticed that some rooms on the second level even had balconies. Breakfast room had quite a few tables. Selection of food included waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, juices, breads (b/w, bagels, cinnamon buns, danish), hard boiled eggs. This motel, on the night we were there, was a popular spot to stay as the parking lot was full. I recommend Tumbleweeds restaurant behind the motel for supper. Meals are delicious, well presented, and quick service. Appetizers were 1/2 price until 6:30 pm so could make a meal of these small plates by trying several.

Checked in after a 14 hour road trip, was upgraded to the Honeymoon suite by Victorya. t
The room is located in a seperate area of the building over looking the pool and hot tub area. The room was large and clean, new king size bed, fireplace, 42" LCD television, fridge, coffee maker, all the amenities needed. Enjoyed a late night hot tub soak in our room and one of the best nights sleep in a hotel. Road noise and hallway noise was non-existent. due to the rooms location in the building. Enjoyed a simple and healthy continental breakfast which included pastries, muffins, cereal, toast, waffles, and fresh juices. See pictures and make your own opinion..
