Right off of hwy 93 so if passing by, be sure to stop. Raging waterfall. Lots of viewing areas. I liked the stairs thru the abandoned channel. Campground here, also.
another great Canadia freebie, the footpaths have been intertwined around the falls so you are always close and at some point the concrete merges with the landscape seamlessly
On way to jasper from Calgary, it is around 1 km drive inside from highway- must see this awesome carving of canyon by nature. The mist smells so fresh ahhh, really peaceful and you only hear the water gushing at very high speeds.
this is a truly beautiful part of the country and a must see if you are traveling to Jasper and surrounds. Very picturesque for camera buffs
The road to carpark was closed for the winter but it's only a short walk to the falls. Some of the falls were frozen which was spectacular to see.
