We have a mixed views on this accommodation. My wife was uncomfortable living in what was essentially was someone's basement (which is split into two flats). Advantages were a private entrance, it was clean, there were two lounge chairs, a kitchen area, it was reasonably spatious. The location was within walking distance of town, and included private parking. It is not "serviced" (not that that worries us). However the bed was very firm (squeaked if your partner rolled over), limited natural light (one small window). Kitchen had basic facilities, but with some omissions (eg no microwave proof containers to heat food in). Yes the price was good by Jasper standards, but the bed would have to be replaced before we would consider staying there again. Would recommend for my children, but not for someone 50 plus if staying more than one night. (Hint for Jasper - If you intend to visit Banff after Jasper, do not waste your money on the Jasper tramway)
