Hotel was generally in a run down condition. Obviously the owners are taking advantage of being the only hotel in this location and are charging too much for what you get. The restaurant was also excessively expensive as was the the cafeteria.
Better to save your money and to stay in Jasper which is only an hour further on.
The icefield tour was also a big disppointment since it was not a tour of the icefields but of the Athabaska glacier which is a sad reminder that it used to be glacier
