Sad truth is we never stayed here because the three emails I sent to the resort requesting information were never replied too....what great customer service.....

A superb and idyllic resort. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing that may improve this place would be an on-sight shop and possibly a shuttle/ transport to town, but this is not necessarily a bad thing. If you want peace and quite then this is the place.... Just fantastic!

What a great location & a top place to stay

Staff were friendly, recommended a great white water rafting experience. Restaurant was tops, lovely food.

Accommodation was clean, rustic but not old & shabby. Park grounds had a lovely feel.

Would stay there again!

Really simple to book with! We had a fantastic time staying at the chalets for 4 days, they were very well equiped in a beautiful location and we were lucky enough to have 40+ elk turn up for the night and sit on the grass out the front of out doors. The chalet complex was close to jasper so you could quickly drive into town for a few supplies from the supermarket if you didn't want to eat at the restaurant. We used it as a base to drive to the columbia icefields, medicine lake and we managed to see a mum and two baby cubs near athabasca falls on the back road and a bear not far down the road looking for food which was brilliant. Well recommended for a relaxing stay!!
