It is always so great to find one of those restaurants which are not a chain, not in a power centre, and quite frankly different and delicious. Wild Tangerine certainly applies here. From the moment one walks in, the decor is stunning. The host/waiter is extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing (I'm so sick of the waiters who will comment that my order is "perfect"). Food is lovingly prepared with the freshest of ingredients. The menu is eclectic and will appeal to all clients. We enjoyed the mushu salad and rainbow noodle cake as appetizers. The pork tenderloin (locally sourced) was beautifully prepared and delicious as well as the beef strip loin with roasted sesame mayo. Talk about different and tasty! Our dessert, the brownie with orange marmalade with cream cheese was inventive and wonderful. Overall this will be a must-return restaurant in our travels up to Edmonon.
