Totally a let down. service is okay but the food has dropped in standards. The next time I visit this establishment will be too soon!

“Great food and Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2012

We decided to eat dinner at Outback and took the chance of just showing up without a reservation. When we got there, there wasn't any tables available for us in the main section, so we took a table in the lounge. The manager noticed this and offered our table 2 free entrees. We were shocked and pleasantly surprised as it really wasn't a big deal problem to us. Service was amazing and the food was incredibly good. We were all drinking and the staff even called taxis for us when we were done. This was the best service I've had in a restaurant in very long time!

“Pretty standard.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2012

All Outback restaurants that we have been to are very good. The cuisine is typically North American. We usually have 4 teenagers with us so any restaurant that serves good sized portions is greatly appreciated. The atmosphere is fairly casual and is a great family spot.

“Overpriced for the quality of food you get”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2011

We thought we would try this restaurant in Edmonton's north side, and were rather dissapointed with what we got. My husband's steak, was grossly underweight for what he thought he was getting and paying for and the veggies were way undercooked, as were mine. The drink specials, although the price was good, tasted like the alcohol was missing, so they were quite watered down. Very dissapointing when we were looking forward to a great meal. Probably wont be going back.
