Stayed with my family of 5. We had a hard time finding a hotel to accomodate our needs for two nights as we were staying for the weekend, so we booked one night at the Hilton and another elsewhere. The morning we were to checkout of the Hilton to go to our other destination we asked if we could book our room for another night. We were advised that we could have the room for another night. We cancelled our plans with our other accomodator and then were told by the Hiltons manager that there was a mistake and that we could not have the room for another night. I explained our situation and that now we had no where to stay. She offered an apology but no solution. We had to cut our trip short and go back home. I asked for a refund due to there satisfaction guarantee but have recieved no response. They expect customers togive 24 hours notice of cancellation but it seems they feel they don't have to give any notice of cancellation. Plus the hot tub was freezing cold.
