I've stayed here about six times since it was brandy new two years ago. I love the location and it started out very nice. But on my last stay just last week, I noticed a steady decline. There was what appeared to be black mold on the tub in my bathroom, one of the elevators didn't work all week and the call button on my floor didn't work for the other one. There was only one functioning treadmill in the exercise room and the service was lackluster. It's a shame to see such a nice hotel go downhill so quickly. The breakfast in the morning remains very good however. All things considered, I'll probably find another place to stay next time I come to Edmonton.
