“It was... ok.”
We decided to pop into Una to take out a pizza on a Friday night. The place was packed with many people waiting in the front area since they don't do reservations (what's up with that?!).
We ordered a prosciutto arugula pizza. It was quite flavorful to say the least. However, I found the pizza too greasy for my liking (for some reason, they used a different kind of prosciutto and cooked it up on the pizza; which normally isn't the thing to do since prosciutto is added after the pizza has been made along with the arugula). Anyways, their crust was medium in thickness (texture seemed pretty typical like BPs but thinner) but it didn't have the texture like Famoso's (thin, slightly chewy, not tough). It was also odd that when we got the pizza, all the arugula and fresh parmesan flakes were piled in the center of the pizza and no-where else.
I don't really get what the hype is all about (even at 1030pm!). They're pricier than other places ($17-23 per pizza) whereas other places like Famoso only max out around $15 for a better quality pizza.
