Set off in a quite area of Calgary, nestled in gardens that grow much of the herbs and accoutrements..we had quite the wonderful experience. Perhaps the best salmon we ever had. The smoked pork chop first cooked "sous-vide" then grilled...outstanding. The angiolotti were delicious. Rouge has a wine list to serve all tastes and budgets...we did a Burrowing Owl vertical that was a credit to the British Columbia wine makers' expertise.
A must go to restaurant for an experience of cuisine prepared with love, passion ans attention to detail.
