I always thought Divino was a good spot until a couple of weeks ago. The service is pretentious as beer comes in a sleeve but not a pint. Over priced, for example $13 for a gin and tonic. But most of all the food was not worth the price.
The meals were late and sat under the warming lights too long. $36 for lamb that was more medium than rare. Food that tasted like it was microwaved. Complained to the manager but she did not care.
I would not recommend Divino as there are many places on 8 avenue and I sure some of them care about the food and service.
