“Wonderful stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2012

On a last minute trip to Calgary found the Mariott and decided to book it. Price was outstanding, and had certificates for breakfast, which was great and saved us $30 each morning. Brand new hotel, and everything was fantastic and clean. Fitness room and pool on third floor were fantastic. Enjoyed our stay, and next time in Calgary, if the prices hold out, will be staying again. Couldn't beat it! Only thing for me, was the bed was kinda soft, but my husband loved it. Perfect for him. Don't follow the GPS from the North as it takes you to a dead end. Good thing we had alternate directions. When asking how close a store was, they pulled out their little box and had directions to various things as required which was great. The internet / business area looked great as well. Relaxing.

I think that this hotel is likely the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at in my travels.
Amazing decoration and service. Give it a try while still new!

New hotel very close to the airport (with free shuttle) that is very well set up for business travel, as well as for all range of travelers. Great quality, comfortable modern decor, rooms very well appointed. King bed room had a pull out sofa, walk-in shower (instead of tub), fantastic mattress and linens. Lots of amenities including fitness centre, laundry facility, main floor lounge/Starbucks/restaurant (limited menu, but very well done - just right for quick bites), as well as 24/7 grab 'n go items. Free wifi everywhere. Great business centre. Although close to airport (very very close) there was no negative noise factor at all.

Stayed June 2, 2012, for one night after flying late into Calgary. The hotel is very new- the complimentary breakfast was great- you had a choice between hot and cold in a restaurant style dining room. The interior design is modern and very sleek. The pool was large and very nice. Our room had a huge tiled shower with a seat-Nice! For a small room- everything was layed out to feel like you had quite a bit of space. There is a laundry room if a person needs- near the pool. I have stayed at other hotels near the airport and this is far my favourite! This room cost only cost us $120 for a Saturday night stay- well worth it. There is a computer assigned for guests to check in to their flights and print their boarding passes. Very nice sitting areas in the lobby for friends and guests. Also a snack store near front desk.

Booked at last minute due to a family emergency and the hotel was a beautiful quiet oasis. Great lobby/breakfast. Rooms are best of Courtyard.

I needed to over night in Calgary and this hotel kept popping up. I decided to give it a try and was very glad I did.
Even though it is only 2 km from the airport the shuttle takes 15 minutes due to the closure of the road they were to use for a 2 minute pick up at the airport. In 2 years it may be open, none the less everyone here has been tremendous! The Bistro, shuttle drivers, front desk associates have been great. This is a new property and it is beautifully laid out and very up to date. Price, WOW 119 CAD was better then any other property in the area.

Room Tip: I believe any room here will be great. The Bistro, try the Penne with sausage, fantastic!!!

This hotel has recently opened and it was a great stay (only 1 night). As you would expect everything was new, clean and working.Great bed, terrific washroom, with large shower and comfortable amenities.

The hotel staff were extremely hospitable and informative.
The hotel has a very nice business lounge and was quiet. Marriott have introduced a bistro/market type of dining area which I do recommend. The food was reasonably priced, well prepared, and the environment was relaxed, but not noisy. For those who want a more formal restaurant experience, there is a Moxy's across the road.
There is a free shuttle from the airport, on time and with a very friendly driver.I travel several times a year on business and this was my favourite hotel experience. Stay here!
