i stayed at the glenmore inn on march 25th. i work at a hotel and recieved the discount the night before at a differant hotel, i wasnt expecting to stay the night on saturday but did when asked to produce proof of working in the industry i said i didnt have any but could get a paystub faxed from the hotel. i was told no, s we settled for the 99$ rate, as we were with a soccer team. i asked for a jacuzzi suite, but they didnt have any which is fine, so i asked if there were large bathtubs in any of the rooms, she said no. when i went to have a shower in ther room, it was absolutley tiny, if i had been overweight, it would have been next to impossible, or very awkward as the shower wasnt wide enough. we ate lunch at the hotel the day before(the rest of the team was staying there) and our fries were half cooked. the next morning we ordered room service for breakfast, it cost us 30$ for 2 orders of bacon and eggs and 2 orange juices, the bacon was cold and the eggs were undercooked. we had called for a late checkout as we had a game to play at 11, so they said 1:30 was fine, when we got back at 1, they were at our door about to go into our room, and they had no idea that we had called down. when we checked out i wasnt asked how my stay was, and because of all of this i wouldnt stay here ever again, and wouldnt recomend it to anyone, close to the soccer center or not, its worth the drive to stay somewhere else.
