The scenery couldn't even save this place! Went for Sunday brunch, I had the walnut bread pudding French toast, which was 2 slices of extremely dense, dry, bland cake. No flavour at all. My brother had the butternut squash Mac and cheese, again, dry with no flavour to be found. The place was 1/4 full which should have been an indicator, as any kind of half decent place in Calgary is usually lined up for breakfast on the weekend. To end this extremely poor experience,I got up from my chair and noticed I was stuck to the chair!! Yes folks... I had been sitting on gum in my $300 jeans!! I promptly notified 2 of the wait staff the one gal (whom I am pretty sure was stoned, did and said nothing, and the other promptly ran to the reservation book to tell me no one else had been sitting there before me?????? No apology, no manager was retrieved... Nothing!!!
ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Appropriate location... In a grave yard!!!
