Fantastic dinner, great service, very classy. Great variety of choices, sea food, meats and fondues.
Incredibly juicy and tender patty inside the buns with other stuff inside will greet you at the Fairview Dining. Comparing to other hotels, they provide reasonable price to you. My recommendation is right at you. You'll never forget a wonderful memory at the atmosphere near one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.

Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. I proposed to my girlfriend and we came here for dinner that evening, and we were blown away. The service was impeccable. They congratulated us addressed us by name and explained the menu and each dish very well. The food was delectable. It truly was an art for this chef. Everything down to the plating was magnificent. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the lake louise area.
Made a lunch stop during a business trip at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and had the bison sandwich combo with soup (see photo). One word: DELICIOUS !
