IT is refreshing to go somewhere and receive genuinely outstanding service. This was our experience last weekend (jan 11-13) when we stayed at Fox Suites. We ate at Chili's all 3 days. Jen was our server the first night and she was excellent. She was friendly, vigilant, tasteful, classy, and efficient. There was a diverse demographic in the restaurant and she treated all customers with the same awesome manner. We returned the next noght hoping to see her again and were delighted to have her as our server again. She remembered and welcomed us.
The following morning, my 11yr old son went ahead of me to get a breakfast table. When I arrived on the scene, Jen was chatting him up as though he was just as valuable a customer as any.
I work in the service industry in a different city and I can affirm that Jen is certainly an asset to the Chili's Team at Fox Suites.
