I first encountered the spaghetti factory in San Diego and it gave me a good impression so when I saw it again in Banff while visiting with family I suggested to have a go. It was one of the cheaper options in town.
There's a large variety of pasta and sauces. The food was good, but I find it to be a little salty, guess it's because we don't normally add a lot of seasoning in our cooking. It should be fine with other people in general. The waiters and waitresses are very helpful and polite, though sometimes you have to wait for a long time before someone notices you.
The whole restaurant is nicely decorated and we feel comfortable with the seating which is not too crowded, so you don't have to yell to be heard. It is a good dining option in Banff considering the price and the food quality.
