A group of my friends wanted to have a special dinner together at the Banff Springs Hotel. Casie Vitt, the Food & Beverage Office Manager was extremely helpful setting up a menu with a perfect selection of dishes. The waiter, Danny, was excellent, helping choose a red and white wine & then serving our meals all at the same time!! The favourite dish was the Alberta Prime Rib, medium rare, 7 oz. It was an amazing evening which we will all remember for a long time.
