My daughter and I enjoyed a great meal at the Maple Leaf Grill which which included creative fare and the most generous portions I have ever had in a resort restaurant. The goat cheese truffles are a "must have" appetizer. We both ordered the Brome Lake duck which came with two full breasts and a leg portion of perfectly cooked duck along with roasted yellow beets and parsnips, and a wild mushroom risotto croquette. The wine list is a book of wines from every wine region in the world, and includes a lengthy list of "by the glass" offerings. Our waiter was friendly and professional making for a terrific evening.
