I know there were plenty of negative review, but we had a really good time. We went past high season (10/2012), and we went right in. It was late when we went to the buffet (a few minutes before closing), but they seated us anyway.
The selections were enormous, but they were tasty and filling. I will return when back to Banff in a couple of years.

We stayed in Banff a few nights, and every time we walked by the window, we could see this little placed was packed, so we thought we should try it out. We are so glad we did. Food was amazing, happy friendly servers, and the candle light atmosphere was great.

This was a great restaurant, with wonderful Indian food. Well cooked, well presented, tasty, and with great service.
Well, we thought Oh Oh, we've made a mistake...The restaurant was busy 7pm on a Saturday night with only two staff working. We waited an hour before we got food. We thought about leaving multiple times but other peoples food looked so good we stayed. It was worth it. I had the chicken korma, my husband had a beef dish they were deelish!
Some more staff and this would be a fab place to go.

We had a take away and it was one of the best curries we had ever eaten. The onion bhaji's were the best we had ever had! The dining room looked nice and clean and we will go back to eat inhouse next time we visit Banff. A little on the pricey side but portion size is good and quality worth the extra.
