Heard and read mixed reviews about this fondue restaurant so decided to give it a go ourselves. I phoned a couple of days before we wanted to go and they were booked until 9pm so a good idea to book early to avoid disappointment.
The restaurant is dark and oily as previously reviewed but I still wouldnt have missed it as its so unique. Our waiter explained well how the meal worked. Theres a choice of soup or salad followed by cheese fondue with bread or veg. We chose bread and it ws lovely.
Theres then a choice of meats and you decide to cook them in oil like a fondue or on hot stones. A number of good sauces are served with it and its all done by yourselves at the table.
Following this is fresh fruit and a Toblerone chocolate fondue, delicious.
It is expensive but we made it an end of holiday treat and would go again.
