We had an extraordinary meal at Eden. The staff refer to you by name and make you feel very special. Each course was fantastic - most memorable were the foie gras "lollipops" on a real smoldering log, and the savoury high tea with thyme broth. The kitchen works some wonderful alchemy with all of the dishes. Very special. We had the wine pairing with each course which was lovely. Great view out of the huge windows of the setting sun and the mountain peaks. Cozy, quiet atmosphere. As we left we were given a gift bag with some fresh baked banana bread to take with us! Lovely touch.
