This is a nice B&B for a reasonable price. It is a fairly large place with around 10 rooms, and staffed by "hired hands" rather than by the owner. This means that is lacks the "personal touch" that you may get in some smaller places, but the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfasts were excellent with a huge choice and home cooked pancakes, etc.
We stayed in one of the "walkout basement" rooms for a family of 4. This was spacious and had a fridge which was useful for food and wine! It was a little dark being in the basement, but we knew this in advance so it was not a problem. The bathroom was private but not en-suite, again not a problem. Both room and bathroom were clean.
There is plenty of car parking behind the B&B.
The B&B is in a good location to walk to the centre of Banff - the town is pretty small anyway!! We had a nice meal at the Maple Leaf Restaurant.
