Service was charming and professional. We both started dinner with the "Rimrock Caesar Salad" which was an original and delicious variation on a typical caesar salad. It was creatively prepared and presented. Our entrees were not as successful, however. The texture of the peppercorn steak was more like a hanger steak rather than a ribeye. The sauce was too thick and there was little peppercorn flavour. The dessert, a milk chocolate creme brulee, was fantastic. Although not perfect, overall the experience was very good.
