This is a Strenuous but beautiful day hike. The first third is a steady climb up about 900 M. The View while climbing is back over the mountains to the south and is spectacular. As you go over the pass there are views of Mt. Cory, Mt . Edith and Mt. Norquay. The trip down passes through several rock fields that make finding the trail a challenge. The final third of the trip is through the thick forrest along the north side of Mt. Norquay.
