“WOW you just have to go to Baniff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

We were in Baniff on Canada Day and stayed the whole day.The main street has so much to offer.Souvenirs shops had lots to sell and the cost was to my surprise was reasonable .The older buildings were nice to see along with the new,City Hall was open and very helpful to all visitors handing out Canada pins ,flags, and sticker. The street had park benches and trees to provide shade --just to sit there and take it all in the beautiful scenery and mountains with the snow tops. Restaurants were all over and very reasonable on cost. Truly must see place for all its wonders.

“Beautiful little place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

This place is so pretty, we stayed on the main street so walking access to all shops and restaurants, nice little place in the middle of beautiful snow cover mountains. We went in summer and was still cold so rug up but so many animals and views to die for :) Loved it

“nice place to walk”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2014

It is touristy but it still retains a certain charm, plus it has one of the most beautiful McDonald buildings I have seen... A lot of nice shops and nice restaurants around plus a lot of parking lots around too.

“Don't skip it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2014

We spent 4 hours in it, not just the street, but also explore the different corners of the buildings. Interesting things to see, besides shopping for souvenirs. There are museums, and lots of restaurants. A must visit.

Had an afternoon trip to banff, travelled from Calgary with Grethound buses. Bus station is 5 mins walk from centre of Banff. Lovely place, with lots of shops and restaurants.
