They upgraded our room to a large deck overlooking the front street. Room was nicely decorated. Had two good meals in their restaurants. The bed was a bit firmer than I like but felt the room was well worth the price.

We were very happy with our stay at the Rundlestone Lodge. Service was good and the hotel was attractive. The room was clean and appealing with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town of Banff, but within walking distance, so you have the peace and quiet to sleep. The accommodations were great; bed was comfortable, computer in lobby for customers use, underground parking all great features. They have a restaurant for breakfasts but we 'discovered' Tim Hortons and ate there every morning-- great donuts and delicious fresh yogurts.

Great location -- not too close to the noisey bars yet it's on the main strip, a 10 minute walk to the centre. I wouldn't want to stay in any of the hotels that are closer to the centre of town and found this to be the perfect location and a safe well-lit walk home from the bars. Very helpful staff and a gorgeously comfortable bed! The onnly complaint was that there was no fridge / mini-bar in the room, which would have been handy for keeping our drinking water cold. Would stay here again and recommend it. It turned out to be only $10 more expensive than a night in the Youth Hostel!

We stayed here for the start of our honeymoon and it couldn't have been a better choice. It was the best hotel we stayed at.

They are located on the main road in Banff some 15-20 minutes walk into the centre of town. The road is flat as a pancake so it's an easy and pleasant walk.

Our roon was quaint, a decent size, in a good state and very clean. Their a/c is powerful and everyting they provide, from tioletries to the ironing board were good quality.

We tried the hotel restaurant a couple of times and the service was fast and friendly. Their pool, gym and jacuzzi were good and clean, as were all the facilities we used. Their car park is free (a unique experience for our stay in Canada) and they even have a DVD library to lend for free.

But what really set Rundlestone apart for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Thanks Rundlestone. We would definately stay again and can highly recommend.
