We stopped into Banff heading east to Calgary for lunch. Seemed weird to head down into the basement on a sunny winter day but were really pleased we did. We ordered and paid for our order at the counter then sat in a comfortable booth. A super street scene mural covers the wall of the entire room from one end to the other. My Thai style soup, I didn't catch what they called it, was really delicious. My partner said the same of his smoked salmon sandwich. The staff were friendly and even went to the store to buy more milk because they didn't have enough to quite fill his glass. The menu is short and what we saw the other diners looked just as good as our choices. We recommend this little place and will definitely return.
