We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very helpful and cheerful. The room was warm and clean. The hot tub and pool were across the street at the sister resort. I would go back and stay here in a heart beat, this hotel was excellent value for my $$. The closeness of shops and restaurants made it so we just had to park and walk. The ski bus picks up right in front of the sister hotel (a 30 second walk across the street). Our plan was to stay 1 night but we were so taken with the area we decided to stay another night and the front desk had absolutely no problem making that happen. We thought it was a great place and won't hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family.

Not sure what they do with the extra money pet deposit of $25 they charge but they dont uae it for cleaning. We were on the ground floor and the guests above us were clunking around all the time. The ceiling was paper thin.

This is a great budget option for expensive Banff. Limited front desk hours, but can also use Banff Prk Lodge across the street. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We wanted to check in early but there were no rooms available yet, so we went exploring and they called us when a room was available. No amenities, but you can use the pool at the. Banff Park Lodge. The fridge in the room was nice and the location was great. Pet friendly too which is hard to find.

Went about a week ago,booked pet friendly room.Carpets were dirty,water stained and damaged room 123.Free parking if you can find spot and not near your room ,afraid to move car after you have a place.Paid $130.00 yes it is near shops and you can use steam room and pool at Banff Park lodge across the street better just stay there but not pet friendly.Look for better deals.
