“Great views and a nice hiking trail.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2013

We did the hike around the lake, very nice and amazing views. The hiking trail was very easy to navigate and paved in some parks. You can also take boat rides in the summer.

“Beautiful views!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

It was a winter trip so not a busy place. Gorgeous scenery, walked the trail to Stewart Canyon. Wear Yak Traks if you have them as parts of the trail can be a bit slippery. Cool to see some people skating on the lake.

“Beautiful lake close to Banff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

You don't have to drive all the way to Lake Louise to enjoy a lovely setting (if strapped for time and can't make it there). This one is a lovely lake surrounded by mountains, and there is even a little boat that takes you around the lake, even on a chilly afternoon in May!

“Lovely Drive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 6, 2013

Another really lovely and relaxing drive - loads of places to stop and take photos - also a great place to see bighorn sheep.
