We stayed here for 3 nights during our 5 week trip to Canada. We booked a premium room with 2 queen beds (traveling with our 10yr old) and a fireplace. The room had a kettle (great for tea drinkers) a small bar fridge. parking was fairly easy to do under the hotel. It is a 9 min walk to the start of the shopping area (with a 10yr old remember). The pool area is fun with a large hot spa. we had very comfortable beds. In the lobby there was fruit and water. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was fantastic! We also had very quick room service on a Friday when the hotel was full. One minor complaint would be that there isnt much light in the room. It is a bit dark looking into suitcases. Also on day 2 we weren't topped up with shampoo/conditioner or tea. Overall a great place to stay in Banff
