We stayed at the Inns of Banff from 22 Dec to 2nd Jan and can honestly say that we had no complaints from start to finish, OK the Hotel is a lttle tired, but this is noted by the management who were extremely friendly and advised that a re-furbishment programme is in place, although due to the size of the Hotel this will take some time to complete. After a days ski-ing in -18 / -20 degrees, it was most welcome to come back to an ever warm room, which was cleaned thoroughly daily, even the corridors were warm. The food that we sampled was really good, although most nights we did walk into the centre of Banff to dine. All in all we had a really great Christmas and New Year, we found everyone friendly and took their time of day to ask how we were, even the lift staff who were freezing. Would definitely return. The only complaint is that the lift passes were very, very expensive.
