“Honeymoon Suite”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 days ago NEW

We stayed here for 3 nights in the honeymoon suite which had a fireplace, oversized jacuzzi and large private balcony. My thanks to Rita for getting us into our room early! The young man at the check-in desk did not seem concerned enough to even check if our room was ready, but Rita saved the day. The other front desk staff seemed very pleasant. We chose this hotel for its free breakfast (nothing to write home about) and the free parking (really great underground parking). The proximity to shopping and restaurants is quite good.

Great little place that is not too far from the beautiful Center of town. It's a short walk to downtown, close to fabulous restaurants, and very hospitable upon arrival.
Quaint clean rooms, that are not hard on the pocket book. Found a great deal on groupon, so keep checking that out.
Would recommend this hotel for a cost effective weekend away!

Our room was average size. The bed reasonably comfortable. the bathroom small but adequate. Free Wi-Fi with decent speed and connectivity. Breakfast was nice-the toaster french toast is unusual and turned out to be good. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and other activities. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice warm pool (for the one rainy day we had) with big windows and 2 hot tubs. Continental breakfast was busy, but hey - it was August in Banff - what do you expect?! Very kind gentleman running the front desk when we arrived.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main street of Banff, where there are restaurants and shops.
The room was spacious and clean, all the facilities in the room are excellent. Staff are courteous. Overall two days stay was pleasant.

For us, it was excellent. We had a good and large room on the street.
The staff help us in anycase and everytime.
Few minutes to the center of Banff, shops and restaurants.
We were there twice, when we began our trip to Rocky Mountains and when we came back.

Room Tip: Rooms on the street are larger.

Hotel was not bad . Front entrance gets congested when people are checking in , with their vehicles. You park underground and when that is full you park in the back which is better. Not for the elderly if you want to walk downtown. Good view . We had room 333. Clean, nice room. Older hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you are elderly do not go to the new Gondola that the hotel recommends . Too many stairs to get to the Gondola and you have to park down the hill. Very pricey. $15.00 for seniors $30.00 otherwise. But the view and the drive up the mountain was beautiful. You could see Banff. Made up for the price and we did not go on the Gondola as my dad ( a senior) cannot do stairs.

Room Tip: Room 333 looks out the back and has a balcony. You could still see the mountains . Has A/C, coffee...
