“Fantastic place, but would love if they extended their hours & seating”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2014

Always busy, but for good reason. Everything here is great (with the exception of the pulled-pork sandwich, which I couldn't stand because of how dry it was), especially the Wild Flour Brownie :)

Also appreciate the gluten free/vegan soups offered daily, as well as the gf/df/vegan options scattered throughout the menu - without sacrificing taste :)

Disappointed that they aren't open past 6, since it would be a great place to take visiting friends for an evening tea, snack, or coffee.

Also, very limited seating compared to their demand! Fine in the summer when you can sit outside, but they're losing some business when someone who, say, wants to sit down for a quick soup lunch, can't sit down anywhere and has to go elsewhere. Would love a 2nd location in Banff or extended hours.

“Great Gluten Free Selections”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2014

I was struggling to find a breakfast and good tea in Banff until I found Wild Flour! They had lots of cakes, cookies, and muffins that were Gluten Free. They also offer lots of vegan options. Great teas, soups and sandwich selections although no GF sandwiches the day I was there. Banana Chocolate Chip muffin was excellent.

“So much to choose from!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

There were so many delicious selections to choose from that we knew one visit would not be enough. We probably visited the Wild Flour Bakery and Cafe no less than 4 times during our 5 day stay in Banff. One bite and you can tell the ingredients that go into their delicacies are pure, wholesome and fresh. Definitely our kind of dessert! From the Fig and Anise cookie to the Wild Flour Brownie and everything else in between, you can't go wrong with this bakery! Would love to visit Banff again JUST to get another taste of this cafe and bakery. Quality ingredients, friendly wait staff and artisan delicacies make this a Top Ten Destination.
