Always busy, but for good reason. Everything here is great (with the exception of the pulled-pork sandwich, which I couldn't stand because of how dry it was), especially the Wild Flour Brownie :)
Also appreciate the gluten free/vegan soups offered daily, as well as the gf/df/vegan options scattered throughout the menu - without sacrificing taste :)
Disappointed that they aren't open past 6, since it would be a great place to take visiting friends for an evening tea, snack, or coffee.
Also, very limited seating compared to their demand! Fine in the summer when you can sit outside, but they're losing some business when someone who, say, wants to sit down for a quick soup lunch, can't sit down anywhere and has to go elsewhere. Would love a 2nd location in Banff or extended hours.
