“Best way to begin the day in Banff!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2012 via mobile

Truly a find! Great coffee and teas! Creative addictive wraps and grilled sandwiches, don't miss their yummy grilled blat, short for bacon lettuce avocado and tomato! Best oatmeal raisin cookies ever! A loyal local following is always a great sign and they definitely have it.

“Pleasant surprise”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2012

We had just finished breakfast elsewhere and passed this great cafe so we went there for our next meal. Fresh food and lovely baked goods. There are tables and chairs inside and a few outside great for lunch, breakfast or mid afternoon snack. Yummy Yum and I have no idea why this is not #1.
You can see them working through a large window where they bake and the sandwiches were excellent and reasonably priced for the area. Clean nice and excellent food!

“Delicious, healthy food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2012

This restaurant was recommended to us a by a local, and it was a great choice. We parked across the street, in a 3 hour free parking lot. There were lots of people eating there, both inside and outside, which was a good sign. Service was very quick.

I ordered the turkey wrap (turkey + cranberries + lettuce, etc.) which was delicious. My friend had the pulled pork sandwich, which was also very good.

We also bought a bag of Trail Mix (walnuts, pumpkin seeds, currents & cranberries) which was fabulous.

“What a find!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2012

My husband and I think this is the best place in Banff for healthy, delicious, and reasonably priced food. It seems to be the locals' hang-out as well. So, if you prefer to be the kind of tourist who blends in with the local life in an area, this is the place. I'd be a regular if I lived in Banff!

“Wild Flour makes our day”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 5, 2012

We headed for the Wild Flour in anticipation and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the veg soup, coffee, quinoa salad, and cookies were terrific. The prices were equally good.

Last June we also enjoyed Wild Flour and we will return whenever we are nearby.
