“Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian all in one place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

Great place to have a healthy, wholesome meal! The food is always amazing! The restaurant can be packed at dinner so my suggestion is make it a lunch stop instead and enjoy a quieter setting. This restaurant is perfect for the "sharers" out there! The portions are huge and you can opt for half portions instead and share different items! Nourish's location is tucked away but half the fun is finding it!

“Excellent. Best meal in our 3 week Alaska and Rockies holiday. Give it 6 stars!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

Noticed the good Trip Advisor review before we left the UK. We were in Banff for 4 nights and regrettably left it until our last full day before going to Nourish. A little difficult to find - just a very small notice at entrance to one of the Malls but then going upstairs there was a much bigger one clearly advertising: ORGANIC. VEGETARIAN. VEGAN. WHEAT and GLUTEN FREE menu. We were lucky to get a table without booking - it is a small restaurant and fills up quickly. The menu is varied with each item being clearly marked as to dietary suitability. The waiter (or was he the manager?) sat us down and welcomed us enquiring if we had been before and then asked whether we had any particular dietary problem or allergies. As it happens we do not. Although we are not vegetarians, we are not big meat eaters and do often like vegetarian meals at times. The waiter's interest in his customers' wishes makes for good and helpful customer re
ltations. The food was delicious, very well presented and we chose half portions which were more than ample. We even asked the waiter if he was sure they were 'half portions' - answer: "you should see the full portions!" We had to wait a little after ordering but then meals seem to be freshly prepared for each person. We wished we had been to Nourish earlier in our Jasper stay so that we could have eaten there more than once. Nourish deserves more than 5 stars!

“Rude waiter”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

The food was good, but we were served by an outstandingly rude and dismissive waiter who was also rude to all the others within earshot. We had a nice experience there last year, but a 900 mile drive to get there again was quite literally spoiled by such immature behavior. It is most definitely not worth the abuse.

“A brilliant vegetarian restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

The restaurant was almost fully booked but they managed to squeeze us in. A lovely meal, and we liked the idea of (the generous) half portions so we could share. Great wheat beer from Calgary too.
A bit tucked away, but they are moving to new premises which should make 'Nourish' easier to find. Highly recommended.

“Did not disappoint!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2013

Stopped for a great lunch in early June 2013. Definitely make reservations if you are going in peak season, as the restaurant is small. The food is intended to be ordered and shared, which means that it comes out as it is prepared (ie. you may not eat at the same time as the rest of your party if you are not sharing). For lunch, I tried the beautiful burrito and my boyfriend got the wild mushroom ravioli. The presentation of the food was outstanding and very unique. The burrito was very good, however the ravioli was out of this world delicious! Such an interesting flavour combination; the sauce is to die for! The portions of food are very large. We also ordered the strawberry fiz ice whip, it was kind of bland. The seating is very close together - you can hear the conversations on either side of you. We didn't mind, but if privacy is what you're after, you might not like it. I did however read that they are moving so that may change. The price was reasonable and if I am ever in Banff again I will return to Nourish!
